2.1 Products and Prices
The images of the products displayed on the site serve as ilustration only and can be subjected to change. The product description is as precise as possible within its specifications and as provided by the manuffacturer and can be subjected to change. The product recommendations of use given by the manuffacturer are to be respected but its results can vary from user to user and can not be guaranteed. The shampoosand other 1l products aren't sold with a pump. The prices are displayed in swiss franks and include tax without shipping, and can modified without notice. Price is valid at the time of purchase only. Shipping is free to switzerland for purchases equal or above 150 chf.
2.2 Shipping and Availability
Shampooingshop displays shipping times as accuratelly as possible as provided by Swisspost. Shipping times can however be greater than expected depending on availability of the products or transportation delays and can be subjected to change. Shipping times is between 3 and 15 days.
3. Contract Terms
After purchase, a confirmation email is sent automatically to the buyer. The email does not ensure the immediate availability of the products nor the shipping delay, and can only be used as a purchase invoice.
4. Shipping for Switzerland
At the moment of purchase, an confirmation email is sent with an estimated shipping delay. If the shipping delay exceeds 30 days beyond what was indicated, the buyer is intitled to cancel the purchase and is eligible to refund. The products are shipped by swisspost unless otherwise is stated, and shipped to the adress indicated by the buyer, of which he is responsible in case of error.
The Products are shipped within 3 to 15 business days estimated, for sales within switzerland. Further delay in shipping is dependant on the postal services or availability of product, and is not eligible to cancel or refund except the 30 days extra period is reached as previously mentioned, nor is it eligible for indemnity payments of any kind. All products not readilly available are shipped as soon as possible within an estimated delay of 6 to 20 business days. The shipping cost for switzerland and liechtenstein is 7,90 chf up 149,90 chf and free above or equal to 150 chf, and normally shipped by truck. If extra shipping costs occur due to failed reception and or adress change, the customer will have to pay the aforementioned costs of delivery. If the products are sent back for lack of reception, the contract will either be resiliated and the order refunded without the shipping costs, or addictional costs for reshipping will occur.
4.1 Shipping for E.U.
Any Import Fees thay may be applicable are the customers' entire responsibility and are not calculated in the purchase cost.
The prices in euros are determined using the latest exchange rate and can therefore vary. The product price in euros is valid a time of purchase only.

5. Customer Duties
It is the customers' entire responsibility to verify the correct choise of products in its order. Any eventual errors on the order have to be reported as soon as possible. Either the replacement products chosen by the customer are cheaper and a cupon will be added to the customers' account for a later purchase, or the products are more expensive and the order will be canceled and the payment refunded. If the received products are dammaged in any kind, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible for eventual refund or exchange upon presentation of proof by photo or another apropriate means. Shampooingshop can not be held responsible for consequences due to inapropriate use of the products, and it is the customers' responsibility to use the products according to manufacturer prescriptions.
6. Payment Methods
Payment is done in swiss franks directly, or euro converted to swiss franks. Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Postefinance are accepted as well. The payment and shipping costs are clearly indicated in the order steps. In case of payment by credit card, debit occurs immediatley after purchase. Shipping will take place only after cleared payment.
7. Data Protection
Shampooingshop uses client information strictly within the client to store activity associated to purchases and is therefore not accessible to third party websites or individuals.
8. Applicable Legislation
Le present contract and website conditions are under swiss legislation applicable to the sector.
